Patrick has 20 years of experience in financial strategies, analysis and governance with some of Australia's most successful companies across multiple industry sectors.
Having started his career in operational roles in automotive and mining, Patrick has built a reputation as an innovator who is grounded in reality. His successes in transforming complex financial problems comes from his ability to design creative and genuinely practical strategies.
In addition to financial issues management and problem solving, Patrick has extensive experience in financial risk foresight including on major projects using lead performance indicator techniques and the design of risk-based management programs and behaviours.
Patrick’s experience as CFO and Company Secretary in ASX listed corporations, brings the same advanced strategies and vast industry knowledge to his work with small to medium enterprises. In addition to traditional corporate accounting services, Patrick has proven expertise in business improvement through integrating financial strategy and planning with leadership development, business systems, and organisational culture and capacity.
Patrick founded Soh & Associates in 2011 and lives with his wife Mardi and their three children in Perth, Western Australia.
